Standard in-stock doors typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. For custom-made or bespoke designs, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for manufacturing and quality inspection before dispatch.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we are primarily the UK's leading supplier of premium doors, we can provide a list of certified independent installers in your local area upon request.
How are the doors packaged to prevent damage during transit?
Every door is secured with heavy-duty corner protectors, shrink-wrapped to prevent moisture ingress, and shipped in reinforced corrugated cardboard to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Can I return a door if it doesn't fit my opening?
We accept returns on standard-sized doors within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been trimmed or painted. Please note that custom-sized or bespoke orders are non-refundable.
Are your timber doors sustainably sourced?
Yes, we are committed to environmental responsibility. All our timber products are FSC or PEFC certified, ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests.
What kind of guarantee do you provide on your products?
