Enhanced Security Door Set Testing Includes:
The security has been successfully tested to PAS 24:2022 and BS6375 parts 2 and 3 satisfying Approved Document Q.
The smoke leakage performance has been tested to EN1634-3:2004 and restricted the smoke leakage at ambient temperatures under the required level.
The PAS 24 door set has been tested to EN1634-1:2014 and provides 30 minutes fire resistance.
Provides up to 32dB sound reduction, the doorset exceeds the requirements of Approved Document E.
Customisation and Ease of Installation:
- Variety of sizes: Available in a wide range of sizes to fit almost any opening, each door is supplied prefinished in a clear satin factory-applied lacquer, with a sapele hardwood frame primed for your choice of top-coat.
- Pre-hung sets: Each door set is supplied pre-hung with lock, keep, white intumescent and smoke seals, automatic drop-down seal, and spy viewer pre-fitted, requiring only the handles and overhead door closer to be fitted on-site. Installation typically takes around 20 minutes per door set (excluding decoration time), making them ideal for renovations, retrofits, and large-scale projects.
